An American's view of the world

This TED Talk makes interesting viewing and Alisa Miller's use of graphics is great. I wonder what a map of the world would look like if you applied the same methodology to UK news broadcasts?

Conceptual art.

Fair enough but I don't think the US is necessarily worse than anywhere else. Travelling in Poland or wherever I remember watching interminable news broadcasts about this or that cabinet meeting. Perhaps if more countries worried about their own citizens' welfare the world as a whole would be better off.
